Dans le cadre du projet \u00ab\u00a0La Ville de demain\u00a0\u00bb, le service d&rsquo;urbanisme de Zurich a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de commander une analyse approfondie sur le th\u00e8me du \u00ab\u00a0commerce en mutation\u00a0\u00bb. Elle met en lumi\u00e8re les transformations sensibles et tr\u00e8s rapides qui touchent le commerce de d\u00e9tail \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle mondiale, ainsi que leurs r\u00e9percussions concr\u00e8tes sur l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement urbain de Zurich. Elle pr\u00e9sente divers sc\u00e9narios de d\u00e9veloppement possibles du commerce de d\u00e9tail, avec leurs implications.<\/p>\n<p>La directrice de Swiss Retail Dagmar Jenni a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 ce projet, en insistant aussi pour qu&rsquo;on ne joue pas l&rsquo;un contre l&rsquo;autre le commerce de d\u00e9tail, la num\u00e9risation et le commerce en ligne. Au lieu de cela, a-t-elle plaid\u00e9, il faut concevoir l&rsquo;offre en fonction des produits et de l&rsquo;assortiment et combiner intelligemment les nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s et le commerce de d\u00e9tail. Le projet a d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 sur cinq sc\u00e9narios pour la ville de Zurich.
